SAN JOSE, Calif. – April 7, 1998 -- JetForm Corporation (Nasdaq:FORMF), the global leader in electronic forms and enterprise workflow solutions, today announced expanded electronic forms offerings for the Windows CE platform for users of handheld (H/PC) computing devices.

At the Microsoft Windows CE Developers’ Conference this week the company will be showing a new version of JetForm Filler CE™ for Windows CE 2.0 that is now available. JetForm is also demonstrating its support for the new Palm PC platforms that will ship later this month.

All 1500 developers in attendance will receive a trial version of JetForm Design™, JetForm Filler™ and the H/PC Connect software on a sampler CD.

Integration with Enterprise Workflow
JetForm Filler CE for PC Companions offers full e-mail support and synchronization that make it an attractive, efficient and economical alternative to paper-based processes in field and remote locations. In addition, JetForm Filler CE is now fully compatible with InTempo™ 3.0, the JetForm enterprise workflow solution. This integration allows for the first-ever extension of corporate business processes to these new devices. For example, a field service representative can complete an e-form and initiate a server-based enterprise workflow from the
H/PC device.

The aggressive delivery of JetForm products and services to the H/PC and Palm PC market is a direct result of an agreement with St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Joey Technologies, a leading developer of e-form technology for the personal digital assistant (PDA) market. Under the agreement, JetForm has worldwide marketing rights to Joey’s software solutions, sold under the JetForm brand, and are now fully integrated into the complete JetForm family of client and server technologies.

Pricing and Availability
JetForm Filler CE is available immediately and is priced at $99.00. Filler CE will be upgraded to include support for the Palm PC scheduled for end of the month.
